Leave for solid 5 minutes
Turn power back on
Let it fully restart (about 1-2 minutes)

If it gives you an option of choosing to login using 2.4 ghz network as opposed to 5g, choose 2.4 ghz....

The TVs have a VPN that sometimes interferes with connecting to apps. Turn TV off, unplug, then plug back in to re-set the connection....

There is a switch near the entry closet that is labeled WiFi/internet.
If WiFi isn't on, it may that someone switched it off. Try flipping the switch the other way and it should reboot....

The router is on the desk in the bedroom next to the kitchen. Unplug it from the box and leave it for a solid 5 minutes. Plug it back in and it should automatically reset....
